Jefferson Homes, L.C. was founded by Patrick Stack, a native of Northern Virginia, with the idea that Homes should not be built with an assembly line approach, Homes should be built to suit the needs, desires and lifestyles of the Families who will live in them. We also realize a new home is a major financial investment and we will work hard to make your dreams come true within your budget.

Jefferson Homes, L.C. is a member of the exclusive Northern Virginia Building Associations Custom Builders Council. The Custom Builders Council represents an elite group of builders who are committed to the highest standards of quality and ethics in the building business. The Council also has a purchasing coop which allows the members to negotiate prices on materials as a group. The purchasing coop allows us to produce very high quality homes at an excellent value.
