- The first step in building a home is to develop a budget. We work with several lenders who can help you develop a budget and who can provide construction as well as permanent financing.
- After developing a budget we reccomend meeting with Jefferson
Homes to discuss:
- Selecting an area and a site
- Begin to develop a conceptual design
- Select a site for your new home. With our experience we can help guide you through the process of evaluating a site and the costs associated with building on the site.
- Finalize the design of your new Home. You can choose from our plans and make modifications, or we can design a Home just for you.
- Make selections for the interior and exterior finishes of the Home.
- Begin construction. We welcome you to visit the site as often as you wish during the construction process and we are ready to answer any questions you may have.
- Schedule a walk-through prior to occupancy to familiarize yourself with the operation of the systems in the Home and ask any questions you may have.
- Move in and enjoy your new Home knowing you have Jefferson Homes
